I am also looking for a procedure to properly uninstall beCPG Project Management Module.
So far, I have done " java -jar ./bin/alfresco-mmt.jar uninstall ...." but a lot of files that begin with "becpg*" are still
install on my Ubuntu 14.04 server.
Futhermore, the menu remains in Alfresco Community 5.1 and all functionalities!!!
Any ideas?

Hi,
You must install a new .war of alfresco and put our modules into it.

Below the process:
- stop alfresco
- remove folders $webapp/alfresco and $webapp/share
- copy original files of alfresco (alfresco.war, share.war)
- start alfresco
