Setting up project tasks with multi level hierarchy
Ajouté par Michael Adams il y a environ 8 ans
Hi,
We have been using community edition of 2.0.1 for project management where we could have multiple levels of tasks, i.e. a task could contain 4 child tasks, each of which could have their own child tasks.
We are now planning to use 2.0.4 however in our test environment, we are unable to add a child task to a task that is already a child. So if we have a task A, and then add a task B and set the Parent of B to be A, then when we add a new task C, we are unable to set its parent to B.
We need to be able to add sub-sections and sub-sub sections within our project tasks which we could do in 2.0.1, however in 2.0.4 it does not seem to be possible or maybe I am just doing something .
Any help would be greatly appreciated ,
Regards,
Michael.

Hi,
In 2.0.4 you should select the full path of parent tasks, which is easier when you have a lot of parent tasks with the same name.
See print screen, hope it helps.
