Problems completing beCPG PLM install on Win7
Ajouté par Paula Rodrigues il y a plus de 7 ans
Hi beCPG team,
I followed the instructions (below) but did not know how to perform step #6.
Please provide more details. What is the goal/purpose of step #6?
I am new to the Alfresco project, just downloaded and installed the 'community edition' to
test drive Alfresco and beCPG PLM module.
Stop Alfresco
Copy all AMPs under alfresco/amps folder
Copy apply_becpg_amps.bat under alfresco/bin
run "apply_becpg_amps.bat"
Copy tomcat/shared/classes/beCPG.properties under alfresco/tomcat/shared/classes
Copy tomcat/webapps/becpg-report-$BECPG_VERSION.war under alfresco/tomcat/webapps and rename to becpg-report.war
Adapt beCPG.properties to your installation
Start Alfresco
My best regards

Hi,
step 6 aims to install the report module, which allows you to export technical sheets for your products.
To do so, you simply have to extract the becpg-report-2.1.0.war (if you took the latest version) from the becpg-plm archive, into your alfresco community's webapps folder, and then rename it so the version is not in the file's name.
Hope this helps

Hi, first thanks so much for your reply.
Second I am so sorry for I made a mistake. I meant step 7 (Adapt beCPG.properties to your installation).
Hope to hear you soon
Once again, thanks so much

Hi,
Open beCPG.properties with a text editor by default it should work. If you have specific server ports or are using windows you may have to change the paths in the file.
Regards
