Alternative Components in the BOM

is there any way to manage alternative and equivalent raw materials in the recipe management?
For example, when the products are similar because of a different supplier/manufacturer or when the products are indeed different but with an equivalent function.

You can create a model of raw material and add to it a composition list. We call that a generic raw material.
Then you add you supplier raw material to it with unit percent (GEN 1 = [50% RM1 , 50% RM2]). In your product you use the generic raw material.
Data lists on generic raw material will be formulate as this :
- Nutrient, physico, cost: mean
- Alergen, LabelClaim, Ingredients, geo origins : worst
