Unable to reload model - button not visible

Hi, I'm using the version 2.0.1 and in admin console I doesn't have a reload model button. see attachment.

How I activate it ?

I install the core and project module.

Reload model comes with designer module. A restart of the server will do the same as reload model.
Or you can install the designer addons.
