Project reports are empty

When I select BeCPG -> suivi des projets and then I click on 'Télécharger un rapport -> Projects export', the generated file is empty.

Is their complementary steps to do before using the projects export ?

Note : I am using becpg-project-2.0.1-20150212.zip on Debian

Report server, comes bundle with PLM or with enterprise version. It's a separate war files including birt engine.
You can download it from sourceforge plm zip file and try to install it under your Tomcat.
